About the Role El Analista de Protección Patrimonial asegurará que las tiendas OXXO operen de manera segura, promoviendo una cultura de prevención y protección que cuide a los colaboradores, el patrimonio y la continuidad del negocio. What You'll Do
- Supervisar y asegurar la correcta ejecución de los programas de seguridad en tiendas OXXO.
- Coordinar visitas a tienda y el apoyo con autoridades de seguridad.
- Gestionar y supervisar al personal de seguridad privada.
- Implementar acciones preventivas para reducir riesgos e incidentes.
- Atender y coordinar protocolos ante situaciones como asaltos, siniestros u otras eventualidades.
- Liderar investigaciones internas para detectar causas, responsabilidades y proponer mejoras.
