What will you be doing here?
Tu objetivo será transformar datos en acciones comerciales, liderando la estrategia de retención y el desarrollo acelerado de nuestras CBs. Serás el puente entre la analítica profunda y la ejecución comercial.
What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network? -- Ejecutamos campañas de retención para consultoras en riesgo (Inactivas 1 a 6) con el objetivo de frenar el abandono y maximizar su frecuencia de compra. -- Diseñamos y aplicamos A/B testing en activos digitales para canales directos (Mailing, WhatsApp), enfocados 100% en optimizar la tasa de conversión y acelerar las ventas. -- Analizamos KPIs de comportamiento en tiempo real para identificar cuellos de botella y garantizar el ascenso de nivel de la red de consultoras. -- Creamos y testeamos experimentos para maximizar la retención y crecimiento de consultoras. -- Alineamos nuestra estrategia con la Fuerza de Ventas para asegurar la adopción de estas tácticas en terreno y acelerar el crecimiento sostenido del negocio.
