About the Role The Facultative Reinsurance Shared Service Central (Fac Re SSC) supports seven offices across the Caribbean and Latin America in Facultative Reinsurance. As a Junior Reinsurance Analyst, you will support the business by reviewing documentation and processing payments, following internal processes to ensure high-quality service for internal and external clients.
What You'll Do
- Analyze, validate, and process business documentation
- Monitor fiduciary accounts and manage collections and payments
- Manage portfolio by tracking premium payments and claims, among other duties
What We're Looking For
- Student or graduate of Professional/Technologist programs in Administration, Public Accounting, Actuarial, Economics, Insurance or related fields
- English (intermediate – Advanced), oral and written
- Availability to work full-time
- Location: Medellín or surrounding areas
- No prior work experience required
- Proficient in MS Office
