Analista de Planejamento de Manutenção PL
A oportunidade: A posição requer um/a Analista para atuar no planejamento e na coordenação das atividades de manutenção, sendo responsável pela elaboração de cronogramas de manutenções preventivas, preditivas e corretivas, alinhando e viabilizando as datas junto às áreas produtivas. O profissional terá contato e suporte diário a um time que acompanha ordens de serviço, monitora atividades de manutenção e disponibiliza informações e tempos de execução em parceria com a Unidade de Negócios de Service.
Como você causará impacto:
- Otimizar os recursos da manutenção (plano de manutenção), através da elaboração do cronogramas detalhados de manutenções.
- Executar diariamente o recolhimento das manutenções preventivas, preditivas, sensitivas e corretivas, fazer o lançamento no SAP para geração de estatística e gráficos de MTBF e MTTR. Elaboração dos planos de manutenção preventiva de todos os ativos/equipamentos e estruturas utilizados em Service.
- Estabelecer tempo de execução de cada tarefa para atender a datas / cronograma / trabalhar junto com os lideres para definição dos tempos.
- Monitorar a aderência no cronograma, a execução da programação, identificando as principais causas fundamentais do desvio e propor, discutir as alternativas de ações de correção e melhoria.
- Reportar informações sobre problemas de capacidade e disponibilidade de equipamentos pela área produtiva.
- Responsável pelo controle das manutenções preventivas, corretivas e calibrações dos ativo.
- Responsável por garantir o cumprimento das normas, procedimentos e diretrizes internas e externas aplicáveis.
Requisitos:
- Possuir Ensino Superior completo, preferencialmente em Engenharia Mecânica, Engenharia Elétrica e/ou áreas correlatas.
- Possuir Conhecimento em diagramas elétricos e mecânicos e interpretação de desenhos técnicos.
- Possuir Inglês Avançado (mandatório)
- Possuir Conhecimento em SAP, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD e SolidWorks.
- Possuir experiência em Implementação da NR-12
- Disposição para utilizar ferramentas digitais do ambiente de trabalho a fim de apoiar a precisão, eficiência e consistência nas atividades rotineiras de negócios.
