El Analista de Inventarios es responsable de asegurar la precisión y actualización de los inventarios, verificando y balanceando la existencia de producto para garantizar la entrega oportuna de los requerimientos al Centro de Distribución. El puesto administra y analiza información relacionada con inventarios, conteos cíclicos, discrepancias y movimientos de materiales, contribuyendo al adecuado control y disponibilidad del producto.
Sobre tu posición
- Verificar y mantener actualizado el inventario de acuerdo con las locaciones establecidas.
- Realizar análisis de variaciones de inventario e identificar discrepancias.
- Ejecutar, capturar y dar seguimiento a los conteos cíclicos físicos y electrónicos.
- Realizar correcciones derivadas de los resultados de los conteos cíclicos.
- Generar la documentación correspondiente a los conteos cíclicos electrónicos.
- Gestionar movimientos electrónicos de materiales, incluyendo goods issues.
- Solicitar materiales mediante pull lists de acuerdo con las necesidades de la operación.
- Gestionar reemplazos de materiales derivados de scrap o faltantes.
- Registrar y reportar información relacionada con producción y scrap.
- Notificar oportunamente cualquier discrepancia identificada en inventarios.
- Procesar créditos relacionados con devoluciones de clientes (return goods).
- Contribuir al cumplimiento de los requerimientos de inventario y a la disponibilidad oportuna de producto para el Centro de Distribución.
Sobre ti
- Preparatoria, carrera técnica o carrera universitaria afín a Administración.
- De 2 a 4 años de experiencia relevante.
- Experiencia o conocimientos relacionados con control y administración de inventarios.
- Conocimiento en el manejo de Microsoft Office.
- Capacidad de análisis para identificar y dar seguimiento a variaciones y discrepancias de inventario.
- Organización, atención al detalle y precisión en el manejo de información.
- Capacidad para dar seguimiento a movimientos de materiales, conteos cíclicos y registros de inventario.
