Objetivo del cargo

Liderar el análisis estratégico de información de mercado, competencia, tendencias de la industria farmacéutica y comportamiento comercial, proporcionando insights accionables que apoyen la toma de decisiones del negocio, contribuyan a la identificación de oportunidades de crecimiento y fortalezcan el posicionamiento competitivo de la organización.

Principales responsabilidades

• Analizar información de mercado, tendencias terapéuticas, desempeño de productos y dinámica competitiva para generar recomendaciones estratégicas que apoyen los objetivos comerciales.
• Desarrollar y mantener reportes, dashboards y modelos analíticos que permitan monitorear indicadores clave de desempeño del negocio.
• Realizar estudios de mercado y análisis de participación, crecimiento, potencial y oportunidades en distintas áreas terapéuticas.
• Monitorear actividades de la competencia, lanzamientos, estrategias comerciales y movimientos relevantes de la industria farmacéutica.
• Consolidar información proveniente de fuentes internas y externas para transformar datos en insights accionables para las áreas de Marketing, Comercial y Dirección.
• Elaborar presentaciones ejecutivas y reportes periódicos para la alta dirección, asegurando la comunicación clara y oportuna de hallazgos relevantes.
• Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales en procesos de planificación estratégica, pronósticos de ventas y desarrollo de nuevos negocios.
• Garantizar la calidad, consistencia y actualización de las bases de datos utilizadas para el análisis de mercado.

Formación Académica

• Título profesional en Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Estadística, Administración de Empresas, Marketing o carrera afín.

Experiencia

• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en Inteligencia de Mercado, Business Intelligence, Planeamiento Comercial o funciones similares.
• Necesaria experiencia en la industria farmacéutica, salud, consumo masivo o sectores altamente regulados.
• Experiencia en análisis de datos, construcción de indicadores y generación de recomendaciones estratégicas.

Conocimientos Técnicos

• Manejo avanzado de Excel.
• Experiencia en Power BI, Tableau u otras herramientas de visualización de datos.
• Conocimiento de auditorías de mercado y bases de datos especializadas de la industria farmacéutica (IQVIA, Close-Up o similares).
• Conocimientos de análisis estadístico y modelamiento de información.
• Manejo de herramientas de análisis y gestión de bases de datos.

Idiomas

• Inglés intermedio a avanzado (deseable).
