About the Role ANDRITZ manufacturing analyst in Araucaria, PR, Brazil to analyze manufacturing data, issue reports, and schedule production based on orders and the master plan. You will also plan material demand, develop manufacturing scripts of moderate complexity, execute the Master Production Plan, and ensure compliance with the Andritz Production System and performance indicators. What You'll Do
- Analyze manufacturing data and issue relevant reports.
- Schedule manufacturing based on manufacturing orders and the master production plan.
- Plan material demand to meet manufacturing demands.
- Develop manufacturing scripts with moderate complexity.
- Execute the Master Production Plan.
- Ensure adherence to all Andritz Production System guidelines.
- Maintain constant monitoring of Andritz performance indicators.
- Comply with safety, hygiene, disciplinary or other company regulations, following supervisor guidance to uphold regulations and contribute to process optimization, sustainability, and customer service.
- Master procedures, instructions and standards of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, applying them daily to ensure company quality and service.
- Perform other related activities as directed by supervisor. What We're Looking For
- Technical specifications: industrial materials specifications, SAP, ABNT standards and metrology, AutoCAD.
- Equipment and technologies for paper production and material specifications.
- MS Project.
- ABNT standards and metrology; AutoCAD.
- Industrial Mathematics.
- Crane operator, forklift operator, elevating platform operator.
- Machine and Equipment inspection (Abraman).
- Office Package (Excel Intermediate).
- English Basic; Spanish Basic.
- Education: technical in industrial maintenance or bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Chemical), Administration, or Technology in related fields.
