What will you be doing here?
Buscamos um profissional focado em excelência operacional para liderar projetos de melhoria, realizar análises de causa raiz e capacitar nossas equipes. Você será a referência técnica na consolidação da cultura TPM, conduzindo investigações de perdas e facilitando grupos de trabalho no chão de fábrica e no ambiente corporativo.
What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?
- Desenvolver a metodologia dos 8 Pilares, treinar equipes (operacionais e administrativas), estruturar indicadores (KPIs), realizar Gemba Walks, gerir portais e conduzir auditorias de conformidade.
- Liderar grupos de melhoria utilizando MASP (PDCA, Ishikawa, 5 Porquês, SMED, DMAIC) para erradicar gargalos, perdas prioritárias e anomalias de processo (4M).
- Guiar a operação nos passos da Manutenção Autônoma (eliminação de FS/LDA), liderar comitês de "quebra zero", otimizar planos preditivos/preventivos e garantir que novos projetos (EEM) considerem o Custo do Ciclo de Vida (LCC).
- Conduzir Análises de Risco (ART), elaborar materiais didáticos, ministrar treinamentos técnicos práticos e aplicar o mapeamento de fluxo de valor (VSM) para otimizar processos administrativos.
Quais os requisitos:
- Conhecimento em implementação e gestão da metodologia TPM e seus pilares.
- Domínio de metodologias de análise de problemas e melhoria contínua (MASP, DMAIC, SMED).
- Forte capacidade de facilitação de grupos, comunicação didática e liderança de projetos.
- Vivência consolidada em rotinas de chão de fábrica (Gemba).
- Perfil analítico para estruturação de indicadores e relatórios de performance.
