Actuar como un consultor interno que apoya a líderes, HRBPs y equipos corporativos en el diagnóstico de oportunidades organizacionales, la construcción de alternativas de solución y la implementación ordenada de cambios que impacten la forma en que la organización opera, decide, se estructura y entrega resultados. ¿Qué harás en tu rol? Analizar desafíos de negocio desde una mirada organizacional, identificando causas raíz, restricciones operativas, brechas de capacidad, problemas de coordinación o ineficiencias en la toma de decisiones. Levantar información cualitativa y cuantitativa mediante entrevistas, workshops, revisión documental, análisis de datos y entendimiento del modelo operativo.
