RESUMO
Solicitation of collection, tracking and follow up of export and import processes (road, sea and air), control, filing and auditing of export documents, registration of DU-E/DUIMP, consultation of processes on the Single Portal, atypical export/import processes, issue of certificate of origin, control of billing and customer service.
PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES
- Emission of export and import documents (DU-E/DUIMP and LPCO);
- Data entry of processes in the system in Gerais;
- Register processes in the CEVA billing base system (Follow Net and Cargo Wise);
- Type export/import processes;
- Assemble and monitor processes;
- Issue Invoice and Packing List
- Monitor embargo pendencies through the Siscomex system / Portal único;
- Monitor and analyze processes in the Receita Federal system;
- Check various documents, such as: commercial invoice, packing list, knowledge of cargo, among others;
- Perform other activities inherent and related to the position.
REQUISITOS
- Formação Superior Completa;
- Inglês Intermediário;
- Conhecimento em certificado de origem será classificado como um diferencial.
- Residir em Campinas ou Região
