Job title: Analista de Demanda
About the Role The Demand Analyst will control and support the monthly Demand Planning process for Alicorp's Consumer Goods divisions in Peru and/or Alicorp Soluciones and/or International Mass Consumer. The main objective is to maintain an 18‑month rolling forecast that guarantees the company's logistics, financial and commercial processes.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and lead the monthly Demand Planning meetings for the assigned Businesses and countries.
- Generate and analyze forecasts in SAP IBP, depending on the category, evaluating the business and/or country situation.
- Load disaggregated sales plans by sales region for the next month into IBP, in coordination with the Businesses and Finance.
- Load disaggregated sales plans by product family for the rolling 18 months horizon.
