Job title: Analista de Demanda

About the Role The Demand Analyst will control and support the monthly Demand Planning process for Alicorp's Consumer Goods divisions in Peru and/or Alicorp Soluciones and/or International Mass Consumer. The main objective is to maintain an 18‑month rolling forecast that guarantees the company's logistics, financial and commercial processes.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and lead the monthly Demand Planning meetings for the assigned Businesses and countries.
• Generate and analyze forecasts in SAP IBP, depending on the category, evaluating the business and/or country situation.
• Load disaggregated sales plans by sales region for the next month into IBP, in coordination with the Businesses and Finance.
• Load disaggregated sales plans by product family for the rolling 18 months horizon.
• Perform and coordinate the loading of the Basic Budget (PB) with Marketing and Finance areas for the assigned Businesses and/or Countries.
• Load sales plans for launches, relaunches and seasonal products.
• Generate KPI reports and executive presentations, identifying deviations to support decision making.
• Participate in the implementation of projects and initiatives to improve the Supply Chain within your scope, aimed at achieving high operating standards, service level and operational efficiencies, in constant coordination with enabling areas.
• Connect statistical models with the commercial dynamics across product categories.
• Identify drivers of Bias and demand deviation and develop action plans with the business.

What We're Looking For

• 2 years of experience in demand, planning or similar roles; experience in Consumer Packaged Goods is desirable.
• Educational background in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related fields; knowledge of Supply Chain Planning; preferably FMCG.
• Intermediate English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (advanced preferred).
• Knowledge of PP (Production Planning) and MS Project (intermediate preferred).
• Knowledge and/or use of SAP, IBP (recommended).

Nice to Have

• Experience participating in the implementation of supply chain improvement projects.
