What will you be doing here?
Ponte entre Dados e Negócio: Atuar como o focal de automação de Analytics para a diretoria de Supply Chain, traduzindo desafios complexos de negócio em soluções analíticas.
What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?
- Ponte entre Dados e Negócio: Atuar como o focal de automação de Analytics para a diretoria de Supply Chain, traduzindo desafios complexos de negócio em soluções analíticas.
- Exploração & Modelagem Analítica: Realizar cruzamentos (joins) e consultas complexas em grandes volumes de dados para estruturar a lógica de negócio (regra/SQL) que posteriormente será enviada para produtização com a Engenharia de Dados.
- Data Viz & Insights: Construir dashboards intuitivos para tomada de decisão executiva e propor soluções inteligentes utilizando estatística e conceitos de Ciência de Dados.
- Interface & Stakeholder Management: Relacionar-se e posicionar-se com facilidade junto a gerências e coordenadores, defendendo as prioridades do fórum de automação e gerenciando expectativas com "jogo de cintura" e diplomacia.
O que buscamos (Requisitos Obrigatórios):
- Domínio avançado em SQL para manipulação e estruturação de dados complexos.
- Experiência prática com Databricks (ou outros ecossistemas de Data Lake).
- Forte vivência com construção de dashboards e ferramentas de visualização de dados (ex: Tableau ou equivalentes).
- Comunicação assertiva e navegabilidade executiva: Habilidade de "traduzir" o tecniquês para a área de negócio e negociar com diferentes níveis hierárquicos.
