Cuál será tu desafío? Contribuir a la gestión integral de los procesos de Créditos Back Office, asegurando la correcta ejecución de actividades operativas y analíticas, el monitoreo de indicadores crediticios y la participación en iniciativas de transformación, automatización y mejora continua, en coordinación con las distintas áreas del negocio, para contribuir a la evolución del modelo de Créditos Back Office, garantizar una gestión eficiente del riesgo de crédito y brindar soporte oportuno a la operación.
Qué harás en tu rol?
- Gestionar y dar seguimiento a los procesos operativos de Créditos Back Office, asegurando el cumplimiento de las políticas y lineamientos establecidos.
- Monitorear indicadores de gestión y crediticios e identificar riesgos, desviaciones y oportunidades de mejora, proponiendo planes de acción cuando corresponda.
