Analizar y elaborar los presupuestos de urbanización para la construcción de desarrollos habitacionales, considerando los procesos constructivos, lineamientos de la gerencia y las políticas de la empresa, que permita ofrecer un producto de calidad a precios competitivos.
Actividades:
- Elaborar los análisis de precios unitarios de urbanización, electrificación y alumbrado público.
- Calcular volúmenes de obra de urbanización, electrificación y alumbrado público.
