Tu misión Como parte del equipo de Supply Chain de Clariant, serás responsable de garantizar la excelencia en la atención al cliente, dando seguimiento a pedidos y procesos logísticos para asegurar entregas puntuales y de calidad, contribuyendo directamente a la satisfacción de nuestros clientes y al éxito sostenible de la organización. Tu misión
Responsibilities
- Realizar atención al cliente vía teléfono y correo electrónico, recibiendo e ingresando pedidos en el sistema SAP
- Crear y gestionar reclamos, devoluciones y notas de crédito/débito
- Hacer seguimiento de entregas, garantizando el cumplimiento de plazos establecidos
- Generar remesas de ventas y gestionar portales y agendamientos de clientes
- Gestión de importaciones directas para América Latina (Direct Import Business)
