Misión u objetivo Analizar el pronóstico de llamadas, staffing necesario, horarios adecuados mediante la elaboración de estadísticos y tendencias que permitan monitorear e identificar los volúmenes de operación y así brindar el servicio y atención adecuada a los clientes que se comuniquen.
Función - Responsabilidad
- Elaborar pronósticos de volúmenes de trabajo basados en históricos y considerando eventos presentes en ambientes Inbound, Outbound y Blended; con el objetivo de garantizar la correcta utilización de los recursos disponibles en el CdC (25%)
- Identificar el número de colaboradores necesarios en cada línea de negocio para garantizar nivel de servicio óptimo (Staffing) (25%)
