About the Role The AMS system is a logistics management system developed by BBAC on the SAP S/4HANA framework. This role is responsible for architecture management, process and IT integration across logistic domains, stakeholder collaboration, and ongoing digital optimization to support BBAC's operations and digital strategy. What You'll Do
- Act as the key interface between workstream solution architects and IT, ensuring AMS landscape supports business goals, scalability, and long-term digital strategy.
- Lead process & IT management: integrate logistic processes with digital systems across multiple business areas and draw down as-is process landscape (L1-Lx) with digital functionality.
- Collaborate with operation teams to understand processes and translate into technical solutions for a shared target.
- Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, data accuracy and user experience through automation, customization, and integration.
- Benchmark best practices from other OEMs/ ODM or different industry, bring new digital ideas and technologies to continuously improve BBAC digital blueprint, integrate standard digital strategy into current roadmap.
- Develop, customize, and support standard and ad-hoc reports (e.g., stock reports, procurement analysis, warehouse performance) using SAP tools like Quick View, ABAP queries, or by liaising with the BI/ABAP team. Support management with data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Manage projects and development for topics like AI, data mining etc., which also need to interact with AMS or other systems. Develop smart tools to better support business for cost saving. What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in digitalization management.
- Business process acumen, deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain, procurement, and warehouse management business processes. Ability to act as a trusted advisor to the business.
- SAP solution design and customizing knowledge and experience required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Interdisciplinary mindset, willingness to work collaboratively in an international environment.
- Skills for PowerBI, Python, AI knowledge is preferred, knowledge in AI is a plus. Nice to Have
