The AML Client Services Specialist acts as a key point of contact for clients, investors, and internal stakeholders, delivering an exceptional service experience while ensuring compliance with AML and Transfer Agency requirements.

The role combines strong client relationship management skills with operational expertise, supporting clients through complex queries, regulatory requirements, and onboarding activities.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented approach, balancing service excellence with risk and control responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality client service experience by responding to client, investor, and internal stakeholder enquiries in a timely, professional, and solutions-focused manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners, acting as a trusted contact for AML and Transfer Agency-related matters.
• Manage and resolve complex client queries, escalations, and exceptions, ensuring issues are investigated thoroughly and brought to an effective resolution.
• Support investor onboarding and document management activities, ensuring AML and regulatory requirements are met while providing excellent client support.
• Collaborate with internal teams, financial institutions, and third-party providers to deliver seamless service and positive client outcomes.
• Oversee the processing and quality review of investor transactions, ensuring adherence to client expectations, regulatory obligations, and operational standards.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency and service quality.
• Prepare and review client and operational reporting, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Share technical expertise, mentor colleagues, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
