Job title: AMG Supervisor
About the Role The AMG Supervisor will oversee production to ensure on-time manufacturing and adherence to quality and safety standards. The role actively drives cost-reduction initiatives, process improvements, and effective shift handovers while leading performance meetings and staff management to support safe mobility and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Ensure products are manufactured on time and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Actively contribute to cost-reduction initiatives within the production perimeter.
- Conduct effective shift handovers and communicate daily with the AMC regarding QCDSM deviations.
- Process improvement suggestions and follow up on corrective actions.
- Calculate, display, and monitor performance indicators; lead AMG meetings.
- Allocate and adjust production staff according to manufacturing priorities.
- Ensure the physical and moral integrity of team members.
- Enforce operational standards (work instructions, safety rules, 5S, parameter settings).
- Manage operator polyvalence, multi-skilling, and training plans.
- Participate in APS workshops and contribute to continuous improvement plans.
- Validate daily attendance and time-tracking reports.
- Ensure production start-ups follow Autoliv standards.
What We're Looking For
- Strong sense of collaboration, trust, responsibility, and autonomy.
- Higher Technician Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry (production or team management).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good English Level.
