Statistics monthly DPMU and LMPU reports and report them. Implement and follow up improvement actions.

AMC's SQDCM visual management, follow-up solution of major problems. Documents & records checking on the production site and archive.

Personnel management, shift team management, recruit new staff according to forecast to ensure production normal operation.

Inspect standardized operations of key processes on production line, check compliance with process discipline.

Conduct layered audits on the line per annual plan, supervise other AMC engineers to perform audits, follow up non-conformances and training.

Quality issue analysis and corrective actions for customer complaints.

Monitor production line APS indicators and APS standard implementation. 5S check and improvement.

Monthly assessment of line personnel and shift teams.
-
Handle production abnormalities, such as stoppages and material shortages.

Participate in final approval for new production lines, new equipment, new tooling, new projects.

Organize sample production, production training checks for new projects.

Assist supervisor in completing assigned tasks.

Quality/Environment/Safety duties: understand company policies, comply with management system documents; understand and comply with regulations; identify hazards and controls; understand customer quality/EHS policies and comply with customer requirements.
