Job title: Americas GFCD QA Execution Lead

About the Role The Americas GFCD QA Execution Lead will oversee regional QA activities for financial crimes controls (AML and Sanctions) in the Americas. Reporting to the Head of Americas GFCD QA, this role leads a team of QA analysts, drives risk-based QA programs, and ensures timely delivery and quality of QA work across the region.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver output by the Americas GFCD QA Execution function meeting target dates and deadlines.
  • Ensure quality of QA outputs including completeness and accuracy; escalate risks when needed.
  • Manage and mentor analysts; coach and develop team members; coordinate mandatory training.
  • Maintain and update the Americas GFCD QA Execution components of operating manuals and the annual plan.
  • Oversee deployment of QA across regional GFCD-owned FC controls; implement a coordinated, consistent QA program.
  • Define roles and responsibilities for QA Reviewers in line with the Global FCC QA Methodology.
  • Communicate QA results to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Manage end-to-end QA reviews, including planning, scoping, executing, escalating, and reporting per the Global FCC QA Methodology.
  • Ensure ongoing personal and team development aligned with role requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Significant experience in Financial Crimes Compliance QA and leading a team with direct reports.
  • Prior financial industry and compliance experience, preferably within a global organization in AML and/or Sanctions operational activities.
  • Experience interacting with executive management, control function leadership, and subject matter experts.
  • Strong working knowledge of QA concepts including sampling, stratification, QA testing, and QA MI.
  • Thorough understanding of an effective financial crimes risk management framework.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with particular strength in Excel.
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to exercise sound judgement.
  • Proven excellence in execution in complex and demanding situations.
  • Ability to provide clear direction to a team.
  • Collaborative with strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to lead a team.
  • Process oriented with ability to develop program-enhancing strategies.

Nice to Have

  • BA or BS Degree; financial crimes risk management or control design and evaluation related certifications.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base pay range: $107,000 to $152,000 per year, depending on knowledge, skills, experience and location.
  • This role may be eligible for discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
