About the Role
The Café Lead is based at the American Girl NYC location and reports to the Restaurant Manager. This role supports daily operations, leads the department, and delivers a high level of selling and customer service to American Girl guests.
What You'll Do
- Support the Restaurant Leadership Team in staffing, hiring, coaching/training, purchasing/vendor relations, inventories, maintaining food/beverage service standards, and ensuring safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist the team in achieving department revenue and expense goals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with their dining experience and oversee resolution of any customer service issues.
