About the Role A Nursing Leadership role overseeing pediatric ambulatory care across multiple surgical specialty programs in a clinic or center setting. The role focuses on ensuring optimal patient outcomes through effective leadership and delivery of ambulatory care, while promoting shared decision-making and continuous improvement of patient services.
What You'll Do
- Oversee pediatric patient care and workflows across dermatology, general surgery, gastroenterology, urology, plastic surgery, ophthalmology, and OHNS in ambulatory settings.
- Lead the delivery of ambulatory patient care and ensure optimal patient outcomes in clinic/center environments.
- Promote shared decision-making, collaboration, effective communication, and continual improvement of patient services.
- May be responsible for clinic operations and workflow management.
What We're Looking For
- Nursing leadership experience in ambulatory pediatric care.
- Experience overseeing pediatric care workflows across multiple surgical specialty programs (dermatology, general surgery, gastroenterology, urology, plastic surgery, ophthalmology, OHNS).
- Ability to lead delivery of ambulatory care and improve outcomes in outpatient clinics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to promote shared decision-making and patient-centered care.
