The Parking Ambassador Attendant serves as the first point of contact for library visitors by providing excellent customer service, assisting with parking operations, and maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming parking environment. This role helps ensure efficient traffic flow, assists patrons with parking-related questions, and supports a positive experience for all library guests.
- Greet and assist library patrons entering and exiting parking areas.
- Monitor parking lots and garages to ensure compliance with parking rules and regulations.
- Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic during busy periods, special events, and peak library hours.
- Provide information regarding library entrances, parking locations, accessibility accommodations, and facility services.
- Report safety concerns, parking violations, suspicious activity, or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist patrons with locating vehicles, understanding parking procedures, and navigating the property.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional parking environment.
- Support traffic management during emergencies or special events.
