About the Role Amazon Delivery Associate position with a Midwest Amazon Delivery Service Partner in Grimes, IA. This is a full-time on-site delivery driver role, providing packages to customers with company vehicle support and no CDL required. What You'll Do
- Organize your delivery vehicle at the start of each day and safely drive/operate the delivery vehicle.
- Use the Amazon-provided app to follow GPS, read customer notes, and successfully deliver packages.
- Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area and adapt to weather conditions.
- Deliver packages to customer doorsteps and remain customer-obsessed.
- Perform tasks with or without reasonable accommodation, focusing on reliable and timely deliveries. What We're Looking For
- Valid Iowa driver's license and eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain physical stamina for walking and stairs
- No prior experience required; training provided
- Comfortable working independently and spending most of the day on the road Compensation & Benefits
- Earn $21.50/hr with additional incentives; some listings mention up to $22/hr.
- Company vehicle provided; no CDL required.
