About the Role Deloitte is seeking an Amazon Connect Manager to lead technical transformation initiatives focused on Amazon Connect, packaging, integration, and development within the Package Integration and Development practice. This role supports Deloitte's client-facing technology enablement across multiple U.S. locations, with the position available in 45 locations nationwide.
What You'll Do
- Lead design, development, and deployment of Amazon Connect solutions and related packaging/integration initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, architecture, and governance for contact center modernization.
- Drive technical transformation programs, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable implementations.
- Mentor and guide junior staff and engage with clients on executive-level communications.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with Amazon Connect or cloud contact center platforms; strong systems integration and packaging/development background.
- Proven track record in technical transformation initiatives and delivering complex programs in a consulting environment.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; AWS or cloud certifications preferred.
Nice to Have
- Experience across multiple locations or willingness to travel; prior Deloitte or professional services experience preferred.
- Knowledge of integration with CRM, telephony, or CRM platforms.
