Stage/alternance au sein du Service Après-Ventes de Volvo Construction Equipment France, pour le concessionnaire Volvo CE Grand Paris. Vous contribuerez au suivi des clients après-vente, en participant à la coordination des interventions et au suivi de projets, dans le cadre d'une alternance 3j entreprise / 2j école. What You'll Do
- Aider à la coordination et au suivi des interventions : Planifier, suivre et relancer les demandes d’interventions pour un client stratégique
- Contribuer au respect des engagements de service
- Suivre et animer les communications à chaque étape du parcours client (mails, appels, réclamations…)
- Assurer un suivi qualitatif des demandes et contribuer à la satisfaction client
- Participer au traitement et au suivi des réclamations
