About the Role Join Alstom's Petit-Quevilly site near Rouen as an Approvisionnements Apprentice. The role supports the Supply Chain department to drive operational performance, develop local teams, and ensure cross-department collaboration to optimize procurement and supplier performance, starting September 2026 for 12/24 or 36 months. What You'll Do
- Consolidate data to measure the performance of Purchasing activities (stock levels, missing-rate, supplier delivery performance) and implement end-to-end monitoring of supplier penalties
- Set up communication tools and dashboards for these indicators
- Establish end-to-end follow-up of the supplier penalization process
- Develop the Delivery Center (Collaboration between Purchasing / Supply Chain / Supplier Quality)
- Lead reviews of MRP parameter accuracy
- Support deployment of simple problem-solving tools (5P, Ishikawa) and standard Group tools
- Implement tracking of customer order dates in liaison with Project Managers
- Contribute to continuous improvement programs (Alstom Performance SYStem)
- Collaborate with the department to drive operational performance What We're Looking For
- Languages: French and English fluent preferred
- First experience in railway sector or similar (automotive, aerospace) within a Purchasing / Supply Chain / Production department would be a plus
- Strong IT skills; advanced Excel and/or Power BI required
- SAP ERP (MM module) knowledge would be a plus
