- Provide technical support to customers in relation to metering equipment and related solutions
- Accompany users in taking up and using systems linked to maintenance activities
- Participate in diagnosing faults and malfunctions in coordination with the technical teams
- Take charge of first-level support requests and route complex cases to specialists
- Contribute to drafting procedures, technical materials and sharing best practices What We're Looking For
- Preparation of a Bac+2 minimum in a technical field, ideally in industrial maintenance (BTS MS, BTS ATI)
- Good understanding of industrial environments and interest in solving technical problems
- Customer service mindset and ease in communicating with various interlocutors
- Rigour, curiosity and analytical thinking, with an interest in IT tools
