CONTEXT : The Retail Performance Project Manager will be responsible for driving and managing initiatives aimed at enhancing retail performance across France & Monaco boutiques. This role involves leading cross-functional projects, analyzing business performance, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring successful implementation of projects & digital tools that boost productivity, customer satisfaction, and sales growth.
MISSIONS :
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and evaluate retail KPIs, including sales, conversion rates, traffic, customer experience (NPS voice of clients, CX), OFS, adoption rate of the retail digital tools on a weekly basis. Provide expertise on ad hoc basis to the GM of the country
