Description du poste

Le poste, son contexte :

Rattaché(e) au Global Digital Manager, vous participez à la cohérence, la mise à jour et la qualité des contenus et parcours digitaux. Vous contribuerez au suivi, à l’analyse et à l’amélioration des performances et outils digitaux. Vous interviendrez également dans différents projets structurants liés à l’expérience client digitale.

Les missions principales :

Poste transverse au pôle digital, à l’interface entre marketing, data, outils digitaux et expérience client.

1. Contribution à l’amélioration des contenus et parcours digitaux

· Participation à la mise à jour des contenus destinés aux clients

· Harmonisation et cohérence des informations disponibles sur les différents supports digitaux du groupe.

· Veille régulière de la fluidité et de la qualité des parcours

· Contribution à l’optimisation des parcours clients et de la conversion

2. Contribution aux actions marketing et CRM

· Aide à la préparation et à la planification des campagnes CRM

· Suivi des performances des campagnes et participation aux recommandations pour les futures activations

· Contribution au calendrier de contenus

· Participation à la segmentation d’audience et aux activations markéting

3. Appropriation de l’écosystème digital et support outils

· Compréhension des outils digitaux du groupe (outils de réservation, outils marketing, CRM, E-Réputation)

· Diffusion des bonnes pratiques et formations

· Mise en place des process structurants

· Participation à l’amélioration continue des outils

· Remontée des points bloquants ou récurrents auprès des équipes concernées

4. Gestion de l’e-réputation et des outils de réservation

· Gestion opérationnelle de la plateforme E Reputation · Support et formations des équipes · Suivi de la satisfaction client et optimisation des processus · Participation à l’amélioration continue des outils de réservation

5. Participation à la stratégie digitale et à la data performance

· Participation à la construction de reportings mensuels : conversion, engagement, satisfaction, qualité des interactions · Analyse des performances digitales et recommandations d’amélioration

Qualifications

Profil :

• · Intérêt pour le digital et l’expérience client.

• · Capacité d’analyse, rigueur et sens du détail.

• · Aisance rédactionnelle, communication claire et professionnelle.

• · Organisation, autonomie, capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers en parallèle.

• · Curiosité technique

• · Esprit d’analyse

• · Une première expérience en analytics, en marketing digital ou en CRM est un plus

• Alternance à pourvoir pour 01/01/2027

• Poste basé à Paris dans le 8e arrondissement
