Join the team in Monterrey (Nuevo León) as part of Operations and explore opportunities across multiple roles: Almacenista, Instalador, Cajera, Chofer camioneta, Chofer moto, Mecánico. What You'll Do
- Almacenista: manage inventory, receive and classify parts, record entries/exits, maintain organized storage.
- Instalador: perform installations and related mechanical tasks, follow orders, ensure quality and safety.
- Cajera: attend customers, operate cash register, process payments, balance cash drawer, provide service.
- Chofer camioneta: drive company van, handle deliveries/retrievals of tires and parts, follow routes and schedules, complete delivery documentation.
- Chofer moto: deliver fast and efficiently on motorcycle, assist with small package deliveries, follow safety rules.
- Mecánico: diagnose and repair mechanical issues, perform maintenance and preventive checks, document work performed. What We're Looking For
- Availability to work in Monterrey and join a multi-role team.
- Basic to intermediate customer service and teamwork skills.
- For driving roles: valid driver's license and clean driving record; for mecánico/instalador roles: relevant mechanical experience and tools.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual Spanish skills preferred; basic reading/writing. Compensation & Benefits
