Job title: Allround Procesoperator C
About the Role The Allround Procesoperator C works independently and is responsible for coordinating and controlling the activities within your unit. In the absence of the Shiftleader you take over their duties. You will also work in a 5-shift system, ensuring a smooth handover of duties and thorough information transfer.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for the production progress of all production departments
- Analyze malfunctions and ensure quick resolution
- Lead personnel and monitor and control the batch process of production units
- Ensure compliance with required specifications and safety and environmental regulations
- In the absence of the Shiftleader you take over their tasks
- Ensure smooth handovers and effective information transfer across shifts
What We're Looking For
- Minimum Vapro C qualification or an equivalent education
- A chemical background is a plus
- Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written)
- Flexible and communicative
- Able to work accurately and in a planned manner
- Comfortable working independently
Nice to Have
- Experience in a multi-shift production environment
- Experience coordinating production in a chemical manufacturing setting
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: €3,315 – €4,080 gross per month (CAO scale 5), depending on qualification and experience
- In the 5-shift system you receive 30% shift allowance
