Alliance Concierge
We are looking for an Alliance Concierge who will work hand-in-hand with customers through rolling out new products, adoption, and training. This is a high-impact role that will be boots-on-the-ground as an extension of our property management partners' own teams — sitting alongside their leasing and operations staff, understanding their product needs, and driving the rollout from signed contract to fully live, adopted, and thriving.
This role lives at the intersection of trust and advocacy. You represent Bilt fully while showing up for the partner as someone who's genuinely "on their team." The best people in this role are the ones partners forget aren't actually their own employees.
We are currently only seeking candidates who live in Phoenix and are willing and able to travel to partners 100% of the time.
