Job title: All-Source Analyst
About the Role As an all-source intelligence analyst, you’ll provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements. Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, you’ll gather, organize, and review finished intelligence products for technical compliance and prepare deliverables for dissemination. You’ll be an authority on your topic, delivering comprehensive reviews under pressure and sharing your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. This role supports warfighters and national leaders, with opportunities to grow in analysis, writing, and communication.
What You'll Do
- Provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements.
- Gather, organize, and review finished intelligence products for technical compliance and prepare deliverables for dissemination.
- Deliver comprehensive reviews under pressure and act as an authority on your topic.
- Share expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring; learn new skills and tools as part of a collaborative team.
What We're Looking For
- Experience writing and reviewing products for all-source analytic tradecraft standards (including ICD-203 and ICD-206).
- Experience coordinating intelligence production with PIRs, campaign plans, OPLANs, and CONPLANs.
- Experience briefing senior military and government officials.
- Experience synthesizing information from multi-INT reporting and tools to perform time-critical research and finished intelligence production.
- Knowledge of finished intelligence drafting, production, and dissemination processes.
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis, or 6+ years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis in lieu of a degree.
Nice to Have
- Experience as an all-source analyst supporting cyber-focused mission partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidently interfacing with leadership.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $77,600 - $176,000 per year (USD).
