Overall Position Purpose The purpose of this role is to support the Oceania Learning & Development Team through the effective coordination and delivery of All EY Learning programs, projects, and initiatives within a fast paced environment. The role plays a critical part in ensuring learning initiatives are well organised, responsive to business needs, and executed to a high standard across the organisation, with a strong focus on attention to detail, initiative, and solutions focused thinking. You will manage a large and diverse learning portfolio independently, with support from the All EY and Clients & Industries (C&I) Learning Managers, spanning All EY offerings and C&I projects.
