About this role
The Aladdin Business COO team at BlackRock is seeking an Associate to help execute our business strategy and operational initiatives. The role involves collaborating with managers within the Aladdin Business and partner teams to drive delivery and oversight of commercial and contractual processes in Belgrade, Central Serbia.
Responsibilities
- Manage internal operational processes related to Aladdin business commercials and ensure all pricing information is up to date and centralized.
- Understand Aladdin Business contracts, including client fee structures and key contract attributes.
- Provide oversight and governance over certain commercial terms and pricing.
- Oversee the contract deal flow process from the first draft, through signing, client onboarding, and internal client data tracking.
- Support the creation of fee schedules within certain Aladdin business contracts.
