About the Role Quálitas seeks an AJUSTADOR for its Siniestros department in CDMX to manage claims processing and support the resolution of insured events. What You'll Do
- Investigate and assess insurance claims; determine coverage and liability.
- Gather documentation from customers, adjusters, and service providers; coordinate case files and information flow.
- Prepare claim summaries and communicate findings to internal teams to enable settlements. What We're Looking For
- Basic understanding of insurance claim processes and strong analytical skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities; able to work in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have
