About the Role
Position AJUSTADOR within Quálitas' Siniestros department (AJUSCO OFI0007) based in Centro, Ciudad de México. The role supports the Servicio de Siniestros team for the Mexico City region. What You'll Do

Investigate and assess insurance claims in the Siniestros area.

Review policies and coverages to determine liability and settlements.

Gather and verify documentation; liaise with insureds, witnesses, laboratories, and repair shops.

Prepare claim estimates, settlements, and correspondence; maintain case files.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and compliance with company policies. What We're Looking For

Experience in handling insurance claims (siniestros) and knowledge of claims processes.

Analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to make sound judgments.

Good communication and organizational skills; customer-service orientation.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a team. Nice to Have

Knowledge of automobile insurance products and repair/repair-shop processes.

Proficiency with claim management software and Microsoft Office.

Valid driver's license.
