About the Role Quálitas is seeking an AJUSTADOR to join the Siniestros department in CDMX III, Centro, Ciudad de México, to evaluate and settle insurance claims and ensure accurate indemnizations in accordance with company policies. What You'll Do
- Inspect and assess damaged vehicles and other claim items within Mexico City area.
- Determine coverage, liability, and payable amounts in coordination with internal teams and external partners.
- Prepare claim documentation, communicate updates to clients, and negotiate settlements when appropriate. What We're Looking For
- Experience or knowledge in handling insurance claims and siniestros processes.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Availability to work on-site in Ciudad de México. Nice to Have
- Previous experience in auto insurance claims (ajuste de siniestros) and familiarity with damage evaluation tools.
