About the Role Quálitas is seeking an AJUSTADOR to join the CDMX II Siniestros team serving Centro, Ciudad de México. The role focuses on evaluating and adjusting insurance claims in the metropolitan area. What You'll Do
- Evaluate and adjust auto insurance claims, verify coverage and assess damages.
- Estimate payments, prepare claim files, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, repair shops, and internal teams; communicate findings clearly. What We're Looking For
- Experience in insurance claim adjustment or related field.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills; attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service abilities; ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of claims management processes and basic legal/regulatory awareness in Mexico. Nice to Have
- Familiarity with claims management systems and software.
- Certifications in claims adjustment or related insurance fields.
