Airway/Ventilator Support Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Schedule: Training services will follow Government-approved course schedules and task orders. Work hours may include classroom instruction, practical airway management training, and medical simulation exercises.

Summary: Ladgov Corporation is seeking a qualified Airway/Ventilator Support Subject Matter Expert (SME) to deliver specialized airway management and mechanical ventilation training for Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC). The position focuses on emergency airway procedures, respiratory support, ventilator operation, and patient management in tactical and austere medical environments.

Requirements

• Relevant medical qualifications and demonstrated experience in advanced airway management or respiratory care.

• Knowledge of mechanical ventilation, emergency respiratory support, and critical care procedures.

• Experience using airway management devices, ventilators, and related medical equipment.

• Ability to deliver classroom instruction, practical demonstrations, and simulation-based training.

Duties

• Deliver advanced airway management and mechanical ventilation instruction.

• Demonstrate emergency airway procedures and respiratory support techniques.

• Train students in ventilator setup, operation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

• Evaluate student performance during practical airway and ventilation exercises.

• Prepare and maintain airway training equipment, ventilators, and instructional materials.
