About the Role
Airwallex is hiring an E-commerce Key Account Sales Manager to expand and sign cross-border e-commerce platform clients, deeply cultivate regional cross-border e-commerce sellers, and drive activation and revenue targets through multi-channel lead generation. You will leverage Airwallex's diverse product capabilities to deliver integrated funding solutions and improve customer lifetime value, while building relationships and staying ahead of industry trends to help optimize products and processes.
What You'll Do
- Expand and sign cross-border e-commerce platform clients
- Deeply cultivate regional cross-border e-commerce sellers, acquire customers through multiple channels, identify and secure high-potential accounts, achieve activation and revenue targets
- Understand client business models and needs, via professional services and Airwallex product suite, create tailored funding solutions to improve CLV
- Maintain client relationships, integrate into local client circles, seize market opportunities and grow market share locally
- Monitor industry trends and client feedback, extract client needs and help optimize products and processes
- What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or higher; 3+ years sales or business development experience; experience in cross-border payments, cross-border e-commerce, standalone platform service providers, ERP, overseas advertising agencies, or financial industry preferred
- Result-oriented with strong self-motivation and execution capability
- Excellent communication, client understanding, and negotiation skills; able to quickly build trust
- Ability to think in solutions and understand products; able to map our products to client scenarios
- Risk awareness; understand KYC and funds flow compliance basics
- Strong pressure tolerance and ability to adapt to a fast-changing business environment
