About the Role Airfreight Spot Desk Pricing Analyst will analyze and recommend pricing for DHL products and services by conducting market, competitor, profitability analyses, and revenue simulations. This role requires executing adhoc/spot pricing, driving competitive pricing, and ensuring adherence to pricing standards to maximize profitability. It involves collaboration with Sales to align on customer quotes and risk management.
What You'll Do
- Execute adhoc / spot pricing.
- Drive competitive pricing to maximize profitability of AFR.
- Search for best pricing solutions; evaluate risks in solution design and spot quote process.
- Escalate for decision making on risk through higher hierarchy levels.
- Adhere to pricing standards and instructions; interact with customers aligned with Sales.
What We're Looking For
- BS/BA in related discipline and/or 1-3 years of experience in related field and local market.
- Strong analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to maneuver through multiple operational and quoting systems daily.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $74,970 - $99,960+ USD annually (Based on Experience).
