Air Logistics Customer Care Manager, Key Accounts

As a member of Kuehne+Nagel's Freight Forwarding team, you will play a key role in transporting goods, optimizing processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises. By helping move medicines, toys, and critical industrial components, you are not only transporting cargo, but also making both small and significant moments possible for people around the world.

Act as a strategic partner for Air Logistics by monitoring the performance of key accounts, identifying operational risks, driving data quality initiatives, and transforming insights into actions that support customer retention and service excellence. This role serves as a critical link between Operations, Customer Care and leadership teams, ensuring proactive decision-making and continuous improvement across strategic customers.

How you create impact

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for strategic Air Logistics customers.
• Identify operational risks before they impact the customer experience.
• Partner closely with Operations, Customer Care, and Implementation teams to resolve day-to-day challenges.
• Conduct data analysis and translate insights into clear and actionable plans.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and customer retention.
• Provide leadership with visibility into trends, opportunities, and potential performance gaps.

What we would like you to bring

• Experience in Freight Forwarding, with strong knowledge of international air transportation.
• Background in air import and export operations.
• Ability to analyze performance indicators, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions without direct authority.
• Agile, organized profile, comfortable working in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
• Advanced English skills to interact with global stakeholders and international teams.
