AIR EXPORT SPECIALIST
SUMMARY: The Air Export Specialist is responsible for facilitating the movement of products, equipment, and materials out of the country, via air freight. This position will ensure air freight is in accordance with organizational policy and procedure, and within compliance of relevant local, country and international laws and processes. This role is required to provide customer service to exporting customers and accounting agents, while performing bookings, providing rates, document production, and problem resolution.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Prepare and coordinate the necessary documentation for the efficient, cost-effective and lawful execution of all air export activities.
- Coordinate cargo pick up and transfer while monitoring the status.
