PURPOSE OF POSITION
To ensure efficient operation and maintenance of the physical plant, structure, utility services, equipment for the hotel facility and staff housing complex.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serves as HVAC Supervisor and will be responsible for all installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units and associated air handling, chilled water distribution, and environmental control systems. Develops a preventive maintenance program, and controls the quality of repair work.
