Job Description

Internship Expectations:

• Develop, test, debug, and document applications to satisfy business requirements and project objectives.
• Research and evaluation of alternative solutions and recommend implementations.
• Collaborate with team members to estimate timelines and define project plans.
• Ensure application performance, quality, maintainability, and security expectations are achieved.
• Apply best practices when delivering solutions.
• Learn and apply modern technologies, frameworks, development tools, and AI-assisted engineering practices.
• Understand and contribute towards the assigned project/ areas of learning.
• Be involved in the technical implementation of the assigned project/ areas of learning.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools responsibly for coding, testing, debugging, documentation, research, and productivity improvement.
• Complete assigned deliverables within agreed timelines and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with the team and other stakeholders involved.
• Participate in company-wide initiatives and events.
• Receive guidance and mentorship throughout the internship.
• Be open for a two-way feedback and coaching.
• Be our brand ambassador.

Qualifications

What Must You Have:

• A Malaysian citizenship.
• Be an Undergraduate or Postgraduate who is in the final semester of your current Diploma/ Degree/ Master's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• A minimum of CGPA 3.2 and above.
• An excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• A strong team collaborative spirit with a growth mindset.

Primary requirement:

• Knowledge of at least one modern programming language, particularly Java or Python.
• Familiarity with backend development frameworks such as Spring Boot, FastAPI, Django, Flask, or equivalent technologies.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, Vue.js, jQuery, or React.
• Basic Database knowledge (Oracle / Postgres / MYSQL)
• Experience on HTML, CSS
• Tools Knowledge requirement
• Familiarity with development environments such as IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, VS Code, or equivalent IDEs.
• GIT
• Familiarity with build tools and package managers such as Maven, Gradle, pip, or equivalent tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD platforms and automation tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent tools.
• AI & Modern Engineering Skills
• Strong interest in leveraging AI tools to improve software development productivity.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding, testing, debugging, documentation, code review, and research tools is an advantage.
• Exposure to Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, or AI-powered development platforms is an added advantage.

• Cloud Technology experience (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, containerization, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid analytical, interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills. Proficiency in English is a must.
• This job demand flexibility and willingness to work in dynamic environment with customer driven project. The candidates are expected to communicate with clients and colleagues in EU regularly.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines. Independent, self-discipline, self-organize, and able to learn and work under minimum supervision.
