About the Role Valce Talent Solutions is seeking a passionate, hands-on AI/ML engineer to join our growing team and solve exciting engineering problems in the semiconductor space. This role will work closely with a multidisciplinary team—product managers, data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders—to bring AI solutions to production. What You'll Do
- Design and Develop ML Models for high impact engineering solutions.
- Build, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex problems using natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics. Proficiency with Python, PyTorch, agentic frameworks, LangChain, and RAG; ability to deploy deep learning models on cloud or on-premises compute.
- Data Collection and Preprocessing: Python preprocessing for structured and unstructured data (numeric, images, videos and documents).
- Feature Engineering: Identify, extract, and transform relevant features from raw data to improve model performance and interpretability.
- Model Evaluation and Monitoring: Assess model accuracy and robustness using statistics. What We're Looking For
- Hands-on AI/ML engineer with ability to design and deploy AI solutions to production.
- Strong programming experience in Python and PyTorch.
- Experience with NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
- Knowledge of LangChain, RAG, and agentic frameworks; ability to build deep learning models on cloud or on premises compute.
- Ability to work with a multidisciplinary team and communicate with product managers, data engineers/scientists, and business stakeholders. Nice to Have
- Experience in semiconductor domain or related engineering environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) or on-premise infrastructure.
