About the Role We are seeking a talented AI professional to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions. The role involves working on data-driven models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation through advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for business use cases
• Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization
• Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements
• Build, test, and maintain scalable AI pipelines and solutions
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights and improve model performance
• Implement AI solutions such as NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics
• Monitor model performance and ensure continuous improvement
• Document processes, models, and results for knowledge sharing
• Stay updated with latest AI/ML trends, tools, and best practices

What We're Looking For

• Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts
• Hands-on experience with Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch)
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Knowledge of statistics, algorithms, and data structures
• Experience working with large datasets and databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI (LLMs, Chatbots)
• Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with tools like Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience with Power BI / data visualization tools
• Exposure to big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Relevant certifications in AI/ML or Data Science

Nice to Have
